These terms distinguish the public research demonstrations from separately agreed professional solver work.
Public browser tools
Public tools are research demonstrations supplied as-is. They do not guarantee fitness for a particular operational, commercial, safety-critical or security purpose. Positive Solver Race results are independently checked against the supplied formula; that check does not certify unrelated properties of imported code.
Downloadable packages
Each package carries its own licence, notices and documentation. Those included terms control reuse. Package checksums establish the identity of the published bytes, not a warranty of suitability.
Black-box solver enquiries
Scope, input limits, confidentiality, retention, delivery, verification, fees and permitted use must be agreed in writing before professional solver work begins. A website description or initial email does not itself create an engagement.
